Customers acknowledge that he or she forfeits any and all legal rights to bring litigation against me.
3. Service
My rates are for my time and companionship only.
Anything else that may or may not occur is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age, and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be contracted for, or compensated for in any manner.
This is not an offer for prostitution.
I comply with all laws of the country as well as laws of any countries abroad to which I may travel.
If customer’s time spent with me goes beyond the allotted time, customer agrees to pay overtime fees.
4. Discretion and confidentiality
I expect the same level of privacy and discretion from my clients as I deliver myself.
I guarantee absolute discretion and am happy to know only your first name.
Your information is not shared with anyone and safety is my priority, for both you and myself.
I discard/shred all written or programmed-in information (Blackberry memory, for example), emails, faxes, personal computer entries, scanned information, handwritten notes, personal information (unless you express an interest in repeat patronage).
Customers, therefore, agree to hold confidential and not disclose or convey any names, addresses, phone numbers, etc., or other private information, obtained through a relationship with me.
Customers acknowledge that confidentiality is fundamental to my professional goodwill.
5. Agreement
This disclaimer contains the entire agreement and understanding between the parties concerning its subject matter and integrates and supersedes all other disclaimers of any kind concerning the subject matter of this agreement. Customers warrant that no promise or inducement has been offered except as set forth herein, and that this disclaimer is made without reliance upon any statement or representation by any person or entity, except as set forth herein.
This disclaimer shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
